The 11^th edition of the Health and You exhibition was held at Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre Halls 404 to 406. Jointly organised by The Straits Times Mind & Body and Lianhe Zaobao LOHAS, the two-day event attracted a crowd of more than 100,000 visitors. 

With 100 exhibitors participating in this year's exhibition, the shoppers were spoilt for choice as there was a wide range of health and wellness products and almost all exhibitors gave special deals and attractive bargains.  

ST reader Audrey, 27, a early intervention therapist, was impressed by her first visit to Health and You Exhibition. "It is well organised and I am able to find the brands that I want to buy at attractive offers. I'll definitely look forward to health and you exhibition 2016," she said. 

Popular brands like Tiger Balm, Centrum, Recogen, Brands and Abbot Nutrition saw queues at their booth from 9am on both days.  Shoppers could also redeem a gift pack with a purchase of $50.

Besides shopping, thematic zones like the Seminar Room and the Active Lifestyle Zones were extremely well received. Most of the health talks were fully subscribed even before the exhibition started. The fitness work-out sessions were also very popular with both young and old visitors.

There were also many first exhibitors this year. David Moses, managing director of The Rosehip Specialists™ Pte Ltd, was extremely happy with the outcome. "When we were invited to Health & You 2015, we expected another run of the mill Expo. To our surprise, we gained 625 new customers and sold more than $60,000 of products. The gain of new users is a big plus for the brand, as they will now become customers in the future. I recommend that companies in the wellness and health fraternity participate in Health & You 2016". 

Mr Michael Tan, Chairman of Health & You 2015, said: “I am very pleased that the number of exhibitors at Health & You has hit a record high of 100 exhibitors since it started in 2005. This shows that the exhibitors were pleased by previous years' successes and have confidence in Health & You."
