The SPH Digital team treated trade advertisers to a hearty breakfast at a digital workshop held on Dec 2. The workshop’s main focus was on content marketing, the current buzzword in the industry.
More than 120 trade advertisers rose bright and early to join the team at the workshop, which was held at M Hotel’s Banquet Suite.
As part of SPH Digital’s ongoing efforts to educate advertisers on the different trends in the industry, two guest speakers were specially invited to share with the audience their knowledge on content marketing.
Mr. Mark Laudi, Managing Director of Hong Bao Media (Holdings) Pte Ltd, was first on stage as he shared with the audience how content marketing can help a company to attract and retain customers. He duly captured the audience’s attention with his witty and engaging presentation. Mr Vaasu Gavarasana, Head of Digital Marketing at AXA, spoke on the current state of content marketing and what is the journey that lies ahead.
Mr. T S Sanjay, Group Account Director at SPH Digital, then took over the microphone to what SPH Digital can offer with Content Studio. He also shared several successful case studies of advertisers who had used SPH Digital’s Content Studio for their content marketing solution. The workshop ended with a question and answer segment with the speakers.
Mr. Keith Cheong, Head of Sales at SPH Digital, was heartened at the overwhelming response shown by the advertisers and agencies for this workshop. He said: “At SPH Digital, we are committed to provide engagement touch-points beyond the traditional display banners for brand owners and usage of content to inform, educate and influence is one of the most direct, non-intrusive channel.
