Kiss92 fans joined the station’s first all-day outdoor live broadcast at Asia Square on Oct 1 as the station brought its studio outdoors, and the DJs did their show at the main atrium from 6am to 8pm. 

It was an opportunity to meet many Kiss92 fans who worked in the area, and even young fans who got their parents to detour from their morning journey to school specially to meet the personalities of the breakfast show, "Maddy, Jason & Arnold in the Morning."

As a venue partner, Asia Square saw the opportunity to promote its wide array of F&B offerings by treating Kiss92 fans to free food, drinks, goodies and chances to win F&B vouchers.  Partners also received consistent all day on-air brand mentions by our DJs.

Said Maddy Barber, Kiss92’s Assistant Programming Director and anchor of the breakfast show: “It really warms our heart to see our fans make a special trip to see the faces of the familiar voices that accompany them daily. Radio is a very intimate medium and fans are curious to meet the people behind the voices. Broadcasting live from an outdoor location is also a way for us to drive brand awareness for both the station and our partners.”

Leading up to the on-ground event, the station also promoted the event on-air and on its social media platforms. On the day of the broadcast, the station also posted actively on its various social media platforms to drive fans down to the venue to meet the DJs and enjoy free food and drinks.

Other successful outdoor broadcasts with clients  who similarly wanted to drive brand mentions or traffic to their event included IKEA, property developer Lake Home, beauty brand Shiseido, Singapore Airlines and more.

Kiss92 is Singapore’s top English radio station in terms of share of listenership, with the highest average number of listeners tuning in to the station for at least five minutes during a seven minute period. It reaches out to 485,000 listeners weekly.
