Natixis illuminates One Raffles Quay underground linkway

Natixis Global Asset Management partnered with its media agency, Ptarmigan Media, and media owner SPHMBO to present an inaugural advertising format at One Raffles Quay, transforming it into an illuminated underground pedestrian network in the month of November.

Measuring 3.5m in width and 4m in height, this life-size light box features sequential moving LED lights and aims to increase the target audience’s appreciation of the brand messages in an aesthetic and sensational fashion.

Madeline Ho, Managing Director, Singapore and Head of Wholesale Fund Distribution for Asia Pacific, is pleased with the results. She said: “As one of the world’s largest asset management company by AUM, Natixis Global Asset Management had traditionally focused its business in the institutional space and amongst the high net worth clients. As we expand our business plan to include retail investors, we want to build our brand and introduce our unique multi-affiliate model, by asking investors to re-think investing in today’s complex markets. So we worked closely with our agency to push existing advertising conventions by exploring state-of-the-art visual display technology, which is a first for the Singapore market, and locating it in a high-traffic outdoor site where our key audience is. More importantly, this new technology allows us to complement and convey the key elements of our message — “Better Thinking for Modern Markets” in a dynamic, captivating manner and hopefully provides some visual interest to pedestrians in the area”.

According to Edith Tse, Group Account Director, Ptarmigan Media, the “Better Thinking for Modern Markets” campaign was created to raise brand awareness by highlighting the multi-affiliate model and innovative approach of portfolio management through the ‘Durable Portfolio Construction’ that Natixis Global Asset Management develops and offers for the best interest of its distribution partners and end investors.

SPHMBO recently acquired exclusive marketing rights to the advertisement sites at One Raffles Quay and is delighted to work with Natixis Global Asset Management and Ptarmigan Media in pushing through the transformation to this innovative installation from a traditional sticker wall at one of Singapore’s most prestigious underground pedestrian networks.
