BT launches new PropertyBT podcast series

19 April 2022

Will demand for Grade A office space return? Should more people have a chance at buying “hot” BTO flats? And in an era of inflation and cooling measures, which real estate segments are worth investing in?

These are some examples of the timely and pertinent topics that were part of the lively discussions in the new PropertyBT podcast series produced by The Business Times (BT).

Released every fourth Thursday of the month, PropertyBT examines issues such as places to invest in, concerns of potential homebuyers, and current changes in the real estate landscape. Investors or homeowners can expect a wide range of topics including public and private housing as well as the commercial market.

The series is hosted by BT’s senior correspondent Leslie Yee, who also writes for BT’s columns The Level Ground, Hock Lock Siew and Sense & Cents.

Besides PropertyBT, The Business Times also produces three other podcasts — Money Hacks, Mark to Market and WealthBT. Each podcast is helmed by a seasoned BT journalist, and regularly features expert industry guests or other experienced journalists. Created in-house, these high-quality podcasts are packed with subject matter expertise and the journalistic integrity that BT is known for.

BT Money Hacks (1st & 3rd Mondays of the month): BT correspondent Howie Lim breaks down useful financial tips with expert guests.

BT Mark To Market (2nd Monday of the month): In this podcast series based on senior correspondent Ben Paul's weekly column in BT, you can listen to logical analysis and insight on market trends and corporate issues in Singapore.
