The signature ‘Ginger Kampung Chicken’ is a must-try at this outlet. Kampong chicken that’s at least 100 days old is used to ensure tenderness and chewiness. A flavourful mix of cekur root, turmeric, spices and herbs is boiled and simmered over six hours before the chicken is added and baked. But the best part has to be the addictive ginger paste!
