A full turn-out of 80 aspiring entrepreneurs gathered at Singapore Turf Club for a night of networking and drinks on March 4.

Held for the first time at Singapore Turf Club, the Lianhe Wanbao<<头家加油站>> series took a different approach to include a wine appreciation segment for our participants.

The event started with an insightful sharing session by an entrepreneur, Ms Nichol Ng, Managing Director of foodXservices. Taking over the helm of the business at a young age of 24, she made a bold decision to brand her grandfather’s food trading company and expanded it to where it is today.  

This was followed by a wine appreciation segment where Mr Olivier Negron, a certified sommelier from France introduced two types of wines, Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Blanc and Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Rouge.

It was a night of sumptuous food, drinks and networking for SME entrepreneurs; a timely wind-down to the weekend.
